JRAM Productions

Team media days and headshots, built to scale your brand

Two photography flagships in Houston and Sugar Land: event media—stills and highlight films from one crew—and volume photography for leagues, schools, and workplaces. Full-stack SMB marketing, listing media, and the web work run on the same crew standard.

On-site and regional programs for employers: high-throughput capture, leadership-grade retouch, and file packages HR and marketing can ship without friction.

Schools, leagues, and youth programs stay first in our volume photography hub—this page is for corporate and workplace.

Media day checklist

  • 1

    Intake & creative lock

Wardrobe guide, background and lighting spec, and approved crops for your brand. We confirm who needs retouch, who gets environmental vs. traditional, and where files route (HR, marketing, or both).

  • 2

    Scheduling & capture

Staggered slots or open stations; optional leadership-first blocks. On-site: greeter, photographer, and digital lead so queues stay honest and you hit your cut-off time.

  • 3

    Color, cull, and handoff

Culling, color, retouch, and file naming to your spec—plus gallery or secure delivery that matches your procurement and IT security expectations.

Why teams bring us on-site

Professional polish at volume speed

One calendar, one standard

Whether you are refreshing 40 headshots or 400, we pre-build schedule blocks, file naming, and retouch grades so your brand, HR, and comms see the same deliverable every time.

On-site, without stopping the workday

Stations, wayfinding, and a floor lead so employees move in and out quickly—conference rooms, lobbies, or a temporary studio build-out when space is tight.

Files your tools can use

Crops and exports sized for workday systems, internal directories, Slack, LinkedIn, and your public site—plus optional key art for rebrand and launch windows.

“We finally got every leader on the website with matching lighting and crops. No more mismatched iPhone headshots in the org chart.”

— Head of people, professional services firm

“The media day ran in three-hour windows across two floors. IT did not have to field a single "how do I get my file" ticket.”

— Internal comms, Houston region

Programs

How we can engage

Line-item scope: schedule, headcount, locations, retouch, and file destination—so procurement, HR, and marketing see the same SOW.

Headshot refresh

Request quote

Roster, leadership, or full company

Individual sittings and small-group sessions with consistent look and same-day or next-day selects when you need them for launch.

  • Standard and environmental options

Seamless, window light, or office environmental—picked in pre-production so every floor matches.

  • Crops and exports for common surfaces

Square, vertical, and LinkedIn-friendly outputs defined up front.

  • Retouch tiers

From light polish to executive-grade—spelled out per seat in your agreement.

Team / media day

Day rate or per-seat

On-site, high throughput

A dedicated date for "get everyone done": stations, time slots, department waves, and optional team or department groups for the site and internal screens.

  • Stations and floor flow

We own the line so you do not. Optional registration desk with QR or scheduler integration.

  • New hire & backfill

A playbook for new hires and contractors when you can not hold another all-company day this quarter.

  • Lifestyle and group add-ons

Candid team moments, leadership groups, and "join us" key art for recruiting when booked.

Executive & leadership suite

Custom / half-day+

Board, ELT, and key art

Time-protected sittings, higher-touch retouch, and coordinated B-roll or interview-style stills for investor and press moments.

  • Agenda-aware capture

We work around your leadership calendar, not the other way around.

  • Coordinated with event and comms

Clean handoff when the same week includes a town hall, all-hands, or external campaign—we align with your event and marketing calendar.

  • Key art deliverables

Select composites and hero crops when your rebrand or annual report has a hard ship date.

Ongoing & multi-site

Retainer or per-quarter

Multi-office and franchise

Repeat capture windows, shared standards, and a named producer for renewals—so every office ships the same quality.

  • Single lookbook for all sites

One style guide, distributed crews or fly dates, consolidated billing.

  • Houston on-site, travel add-ons

Regional and national when your calendar needs it.

  • Directory and HRIS-friendly drops

Paths and file naming you can hand straight to your vendor or internal owner.

Files & handoff

What you receive

Specs your IT, people, and marketing partners can hand to a vendor or upload without rework.

Stills & crops

  • Full-res JPEG or TIFF; optional PNG with transparency (workflow-dependent)
  • Multiple aspect ratios: 1:1, 4:5, 16:9, banner when booked
  • File naming: employee ID, email slug, or HRIS key—defined before capture

Brand and retouch

  • Locked color profile and skin retouch level per role tier
  • Consistent background removal or key when green-screen is used
  • Black-and-white alternates for leadership or press kits when included

Access & use

  • Password or SSO-friendly gallery windows when you choose online delivery
  • Usage and redistribution guidance aligned with your employment and photo policy—your counsel signs off, we follow it
  • Model / participation consent follows your process—we never publish beyond your terms

Workplace & employee imagery

We treat staff directories and on-site capture as sensitive by default. Share your internal photo policy, badge rules, and what can live on the public site versus intranet only—we build crew briefs and delivery around it. We do not provide legal advice; we implement the standards you and your team define.

Common questions

How much lead time do you need for a company-wide media day?
Most orgs book 4–8 weeks out so we can lock the creative, schedule waves, and brief facilities. Tighter windows are possible in-market when calendar slots line up.
Do you work after hours or weekends?
Yes, when the building or shift patterns require it—rates and crew scale accordingly and are stated in the quote.
Can you match a style we used at another office?
Share reference frames or a prior year gallery; we can match look and crop within practical limits, or we help you set a new standard in writing.
What about your school and league programs?
We maintain a dedicated volume hub for schools, districts, and youth sports picture-day throughput—that remains a primary focus. Many clients use both: see the related link on this page.
