The twelfth headshot matches the two hundredth
Consistency is the entire deliverable. A directory page where every third person was photographed by someone else, in different light, undoes the point of having one.
What usually goes wrong
Headshots were taken over five years by five people
One setup, one crop standard, held from the first person to the last—so the wall looks like one company.
Nobody can lose a working morning
Scheduled rotation blocks. Staff come down, sit, and go back to work.
Files arrive in the wrong shape
Delivered in the crops your directory, intranet, and brand kit actually use, named to match your records.
What you get
- Retouched headshots in web and print crops
- Naming that matches your directory records
- A composite wall that shows the consistency at a glance
- Leadership sittings alongside the roster
- New-hire batches on the same standard
Programs for this market
Questions we get from this market
What is the largest team you can photograph?
The constraint is station count and scheduling, not headcount. We have run single-day programs for small offices and can scale the same standard across much larger rosters and multiple sites.
How long does each person take?
A few minutes. The setup does the work, which is exactly why the results stay consistent across a whole roster.
What about people who were out that day?
New-hire and catch-up batches run on the same setup and standard, so a person photographed six months later still matches the wall.
Can you come to more than one office?
Yes. Multi-site programs are the case where holding one standard matters most—otherwise each location drifts.
Need your whole team photographed?
Tell us the headcount, the sites, and the window. We will come back with a rotation and a per-person rate.
