JRAM Productions

Consistent headshots for teams of any size

Youth sports league and school volume photography is our flagship in Houston and Sugar Land—we also run event media, workplace shoots, SMB marketing, real estate listing media, and brand-ready web with the same crew standard.

We bring the studio to your office: identical lighting and retouch for every person, two to three minutes per employee, and files that drop straight into your directory, intranet, and LinkedIn—whether you have 5 people or 1,500.

Why HR and comms teams book us

Professional polish, minimal disruption

Every face, one standard

Locked lighting, background, crop, and retouch across every employee—whether they sit for us this quarter or onboard next year. Your directory finally looks like one company.

Minutes per person, not hours

A published schedule by department, two to three minutes per sitting with live preview, and same-day capture for hundreds of employees without derailing anyone's calendar.

Files that ship themselves

Directory crops, LinkedIn sizes, and print-resolution masters named to your HRIS conventions—delivered to one folder your IT team can sync.

“Three hundred headshots in two days, and the twelfth person photographed matches the two-hundredth. Our intranet has never looked this consistent.”

— Internal communications lead, Houston employer

“New hires get the same headshot standard every month without us re-explaining anything. It just runs.”

— HR operations manager, Sugar Land office

Where we plug in

Sized to your headcount

Small teams (5–50)

A half-day on-site session covering everyone—partners, practitioners, and staff—with a look that upgrades your website, proposals, and LinkedIn presence the same week.

Book a half-day session

Mid-size & enterprise (50–1,500+)

Multi-day, multi-station capture scheduled by department, with check-in that matches every frame to your employee roster and delivery batched the way HRIS wants it. The same process that runs a 60-person office runs a 1,500-person campus—it just gets more stations and more days.

Scope a company program

Always-on refresh programs

Monthly or quarterly new-hire sessions on a standing schedule—same background, same retouch, same file specs—so headcount growth never degrades your brand.

Studio lighting in your conference room or lobby, two to three minutes per person with live preview and selection, and a schedule that flexes around meetings without losing the day.

Retouch & delivery

Natural, leadership-grade retouch on every selected frame; directory, LinkedIn, and print crops named to your conventions; delivery to a single folder HR and IT can distribute.

Common questions

A single station comfortably handles 100–150 people per day with live preview and selection. Larger headcounts get additional stations or days—a 1,500-person organization is a scheduled multi-station program, not a special case. Your quote maps stations to your roster and schedule.
Two to three minutes at the camera. With the published department schedule, most employees are away from their desk for less than ten minutes total.
Usually yes—bring a few current files and we'll match background, crop, and tone, or recommend a clean break to a documented new standard if the existing set is inconsistent.
We schedule capture blocks around office days, add a make-up session to the agreement, or set up a recurring new-hire cadence that catches everyone within a quarter.
Natural, leadership-grade retouch on every selected frame: skin tone consistency, stray-hair cleanup, and blemish removal—never plastic. Heavier requests are quoted per file.
