Meadows Place Pony Baseball — fall media day

The brief

Meadows Place Pony Baseball needed a fall media day covering every team and every player, run around a volunteer schedule and a park that stays busy on a Saturday.

How we ran it

A two-softbox setup with a fixed camera position and a marked spot for the subject, so nothing drifts between the first team and the last. Teams staged together, took their group frame, then cycled through individuals while the next team moved up. A tethered laptop meant frames were checked on the spot rather than discovered afterwards.
