Picture days that run on time—and on brand

High-volume capture for schools and sports organizations: structured workflows, roster-aligned delivery, and print-ready packages families understand.

Why organizations choose JRAM

Throughput, consistency, and trust

Throughput without chaos

Structured lanes, pre-labeled stations, and a crew that has run hundreds of picture days—so lines move and your staff stays focused on students and parents.

Consistent brand look

Locked color, crop, and retouch standards across every roster and every team—whether you book one league or an entire district.

Revenue you can forecast

Transparent splits, pre-order windows, and optional print bundles—so fundraising and partner packages are easy to explain and repeat next season.

“They turned our two-school picture week into a single coordinated schedule. Parents actually complimented how fast it was.”

— Athletic director, Houston-area district

“Our league finally had galleries that matched—same lighting, same crops, same delivery timeline for every club.”

— Youth sports league coordinator

Leagues & associations

Tournament weekends, club photo days, and multi-field schedules. We scale crew and equipment to roster size, handle team composites, and ship sponsor-ready assets when you need logos on the same canvas every time.

How picture day runs

Pre-production

Shot list, station map, roster import (CSV or SIS export), and parent communication templates. We confirm wardrobe, COVID or safety notes, and sponsor lockups before we load the truck.

On-site execution

Greeter table, multiple capture stations if needed, QR or card-based check-in, and a floor lead who owns the clock. We build in buffer for retakes and late arrivals without stealing time from the next group.

Post & delivery

Culling, color consistency, individual and group composites, green-screen or natural setups, and gallery publishing with secure access. Rush tiers available when yearbook or league deadlines are immovable.

FAQ

Common questions

How far out should we book peak fall sports?

Most leagues and schools lock primary dates 8–12 weeks ahead. If you need multi-campus coordination, earlier is better—we will hold a backup weather date when possible.

Can parents order prints after picture day?

Yes, when you choose an online gallery workflow. Windows and lab partners are spelled out in your quote so finance teams know what to expect.

Do you offer retake days?

Standard for schools; for leagues we can schedule a dedicated retake window or handle limited retakes on-site—depending on volume and field access.

What if it rains on an outdoor league day?

We build contingency blocks in the contract and can move to covered facilities when available, or reschedule with priority on your calendar.
