Do you carry liability and workers comp?

Yes—we provide certificates of insurance for venues that require them; name additional insured when your contract requires it.

Can we get RAW files?

Select clients receive RAW or log footage under a separate line item—most comms teams prefer graded masters; we will scope both.

What if our run-of-show changes live?

Your on-site lead is in radio contact with producers; we adapt coverage within the hours and crew you purchased—major scope changes get a quick written change order when needed.

Do you handle small meetings or only large conferences?

We scale down to board meetings and up to citywide events—minimums apply on peak dates; ask for half-day options.
