The recap is next year's sponsorship deck

An event happens once. What it earns you afterwards depends entirely on whether anyone captured the room, the sponsors, and the people who made it work.

What usually goes wrong

Sponsors cannot see what they paid for

Signage, activations, and recognition moments covered deliberately, not caught by accident.

The light disappears mid-event

Evening receptions start in golden hour and finish in the dark. We light for the back half so the whole evening is usable.

Photos arrive too late to matter

Delivery timed to the thank-you email and the recap, while attendance is still fresh.

What you get

  • Full-arc coverage: setup, floor, programme, and close
  • Sponsor signage and recognition frames
  • Posed groups on request without stalling the room
  • Crops sized for recap email, newsletter, and social
  • Delivery timed to your follow-up, not weeks later

Questions we get from this market

Can you cover a tournament across a whole course?

Yes—we shoot Golf Fore Autism every year, hitting every hole for team portraits while catching action, volunteers, and organisers between groups.

Do you offer nonprofit rates?

We sponsor coverage for causes we are involved with, and we scope nonprofit work realistically. Tell us the budget and we will tell you honestly what fits.

How fast can we get photos for the thank-you email?

Tell us when the email goes out and we will work to it. A recap selection ahead of the full gallery is usually the right answer.

Our attendees are members, not the public. Does that change anything?

It changes how we publish. Galleries stay private unless you say otherwise, and we take frames down on request without argument.

Have an event on the calendar?

Send the run-of-show and the date. We will come back with a coverage plan and a delivery window.
