Leagues · Schools · Any annual event

Picture day shouldn't cost your league money. It should make you some.

We photograph your whole roster at no cost to the organization. Families pay no sitting fee and buy only what they love — and 10% of everything they spend comes back to you, along with up to 15 free sponsor plaques to sell or award.

The deal

Three things every league gets

No contracts to decode and no revenue split you learn about at season end. This is the whole offer.

10%

10% back to your league

Every order a family places during your season pays your program back. One cheque after the gallery closes, with the order report behind it so your treasurer can reconcile it line by line.

15

Up to 15 sponsor plaques

Printed, mounted, and handed to you to sell or award. Most leagues cover the cost of their whole season with them — it is new sponsorship inventory that did not exist before picture day.

$0

No sitting fees

Nothing to collect at the table, no envelope to chase, no family turned away because they forgot a cheque. We photograph every athlete on your roster and families buy only what they love.

Start to finish

How the fundraiser works

  1. 01

    We run the day

One crew, every team, on your field or campus. No cost to the league and nothing for your volunteers to staff beyond pointing teams at the line.

  2. 02

    Families order what they love

Every athlete is photographed. Parents get a private, roster-matched gallery a few days later and buy only the images they want.

  3. 03

    Your league keeps 10%

Ten percent of everything families spend comes back to your program, paid after the ordering window closes, with the full order report attached.

  4. 04

    Your sponsors get plaques

Up to 15 sponsor plaques, free. Sell them to local businesses, award them at the banquet, or hang them at the field — the sponsorship revenue is entirely yours.

The part most leagues miss: the sponsor plaques are new inventory. Fifteen local businesses who were never going to buy a banner will buy a plaque that hangs at the field all season — and that money never touches us.

Who this is for

If you photograph the same people every year, this works

Sports leagues & clubs

Baseball, softball, football, swim, soccer, volleyball. Team photos, individual portraits, and action-style media day looks — photographed in team blocks so nobody waits around in uniform.

  • Team + individual in one rotation
  • Banners, plaques, and keepsakes
  • Roster-matched galleries per team

Schools & districts

Picture day, faculty headshots, seniors, and yearbook delivery. We work to your registrar data, bell schedule, and privacy policy, then deliver on a date your office can publish in advance.

  • Class-by-class published timeline
  • SIS / roster sync before delivery
  • Yearbook-ready export included

Any annual event

Dance studios, scouting groups, nonprofits, church programs, company family days — anywhere a few hundred people need photographing once a year and the organization could use the revenue.

  • Scales from 50 to 1,000+ people
  • Same giveback and sponsor program
  • Repeatable year over year

Questions leagues ask first

What does the league actually pay?
Nothing. There is no booking fee, no travel charge, and no minimum order. We are paid out of what families choose to buy, which is also what funds your 10% and your sponsor plaques.
How and when do we get the 10%?
After your gallery's ordering window closes, we total every order placed against your organization and send the giveback with the order report behind it. Your treasurer sees the same numbers we do.
Are the sponsor plaques really free?
Yes — up to 15 of them, printed and mounted, included with your media day. What you charge a local business for one is entirely up to you, and you keep all of it.
What if a family cannot afford to order anything?
They still get photographed, and they are never asked for money at the table. Every athlete is on the roster, in the team photo, and in the gallery whether or not anyone buys a print.
How long does a media day take?
It depends on roster size, but we photograph in team blocks and move about 120 athletes an hour. Most leagues are done in a morning; we publish a block-by-block schedule in advance so teams arrive when it is their turn.
What happens if it rains?
We agree a rain date when we book, at no charge. For school and indoor programs we build a weather-independent plan from the start.
How soon do families see their photos?
Galleries go live within days of the shoot, matched to your roster so every parent finds their athlete without scrolling through the whole league. Ordering stays open long enough for you to promote it twice.
How far in advance should we book?
Earlier is better for a Saturday in a busy season, but tell us your window and we will tell you honestly what is still open. Call (832) 987-3623 if your date is close.

Your roster is going to get photographed anyway.

The only question is whether your organization gets anything out of it. Tell us about your season and we will send a plan you can take to your board.
