Case Study

A full staff photographed in one working day

An on-site headshot day for International Building Services: one setup held across the entire roster so the directory reads as one company.

The brief

International Building Services needed headshots for its whole team. Directory pages fall apart when portraits are collected piecemeal over months — different rooms, different light, different crops — so consistency mattered more than any individual frame.

How we ran it

We built a studio on-site and held it for a single working day. Same light, same backdrop, same crop standard for every person, with the line kept moving so staff stepped away from their work for minutes rather than an afternoon.

Delivered

A matched set of portraits covering the roster, cropped to drop straight into a directory, intranet, and brand kit — plus the same standard applied to leadership sittings at events, where executives get a usable portrait without leaving the floor.

From this engagement

8 frames delivered

The work itself, exactly as the client received it — no stock, no staging.

One session, one standard

International Building Services, photographed on-site across a single working day. Every frame below came off the same setup—same light, same backdrop, same crop. Published with the client's permission.

Leadership and conference sittings

The same standard applied at events and receptions, where executives get a usable portrait without leaving the floor for a studio.
