The brief

NPECA runs a members-only networking reception on a downtown Houston patio. The room fills at golden hour and the programme runs well past sunset, so the coverage has to hold up across a four-stop swing in available light without turning into flash-lit snapshots.

How we ran it

We worked the floor rather than setting up a static position: candids through the arrival and networking window, quick posed groups whenever members asked, and the venue and sponsor detail the association needs for next year's promotion. Registration, signage, and the room at capacity were all captured before the crowd arrived.

Delivered

A curated, colour-graded gallery covering arrival through the evening — candids, posed pairs and groups, venue wides, and sponsor signage — organised so the communications team could pull what it needed without sorting raw files.
